Dragonfly Night Light

    For this aquatic scene, an iridescent blue-green dragonfly rests by a pink water lily, glistening and motionless in the sunshine. Two multicolored Swarovski crystals form the eyes and translucent soft aqua paint swirls around the leaf green lily pad. The eye crystals are a unique type called aurora borealis and change color depending upon the angle of sight. Look at them one way they appear pink, move a little and they appear green. These were chosen to harmonize with the pinks and greens in the design and because insect eyes are most often compound and complex. The background water and flower colors in this glass painting can be customized to coordinate with your decor.
